The Photographers’ Gallery opened in January of 2007 to support and promote photography and photographers in Modesto and surrounding areas in the Central Valley of California. Our exhibitions and educational programs are designed to encourage participation and interaction among our local photographers and to enhance the appreciation of photography within the general population of our communities. We are a non-profit organization, with proceeds from sales, hanging fees, and workshop costs, going to build and support gallery programs. Although our primary focus is on local and regional photography, we are also open to presenting exhibitions by photographers who have a unique or special vision and whose work would expand and enhance our local perspective.

Our Four Seasons Calendar Contest Exhibition displays the winning entries which were uses to compose our annual calendar as well as the next 40 highest rated entries from the contest. The exhibition continues through the remainder of the year, giving you enough time to view the event and to purshase a calendar or two. The cost of calendars is $20. Proceeds go to support the non-profit gallery.
